HISTORIA DE LA MICROSCOPÍA ELECTRÓNICA	HISTORY OF ELECTRON MICROSCOPY
Retomando la iniciativa del Dr. Orlando Castejón, editor del Vol. 10 (2001), el comité editorial ha decidido continuar con la sección "Historia de la Microscopía", con el fin de difundir los aportes de grandes hombres y mujeres en este fascinante campo de la ciencia. Ingenieros, biólogos, médicos, físicos y muchos otros científicos han aportado innovaciones y descubrimientos que han construido herramientas indispensables para el estudio de la ciencia del presente y del futuro. Esta sección quiere hacer llegar a estudiantes y profesionales esas historias que construyen la Historia. Participar es sencillo, solo tiene que que enviar su artículo en formato Word a nuestra dirección de correo: actamicroscopica@gmail.com para ser incluido en el siguiente número de Acta Microsocpica. Engineers, biologist, physicians, physics and many other scientists have contributed with innovations and discoverings that have built indispensable tools for the study of the science of the present and future. this section wants to make come to students and professional those stories that construct the History. Esta sección busca las mejores micrografías para ser exhibidas con o sin un articulo que las presente. Muchas veces el proceso de investigación pasa por horas de trabajo en el microscopio sin resultados concretos o concluyentes para la investigación, pero da como fruto hermosas micrografías dignas de ser mostradas por el valor técnico y/o artístico que ella tiene por si misma. Una imagen en microscopía electrónica puede representar una huella dactilar, un gran descubrimiento o un regalo de la creatividad que la naturaleza comparte con el microscopista. Para participar sólo tiene que enviar su micrografía con toda la información sobre la misma a nuestra dirección de correo: actamicroscopica@gmail.com Dra. Gema González Editora en Jefe	This section looks for the best micrographies to be exhibited with or without an article to present it. Often the process of research goes through hours in the microscope without concrete or conclusive results for the investigation, but it gives beautiful micrographies worth being showed by the technical and/or artistic value that it has for itself. An image in electron microscopy represents a fingerprint, a great discovery or a gift of the creativity that the nature shares with the microscopist.
